Ingredients
For the Salmon and Asparagus:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 6 green asparagus spears
- Olive oil (extra virgin olive oil recommended)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Dill, optional for garnishing
For the Carrot-Avocado Salad:
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A drizzle of olive oil
